##援藏30年：近1.2万名干部人才奉献高原，助力西藏发展再上新台阶
中新网拉萨8月22日电 (拉巴卓玛) 30年来，援藏工作取得了丰硕成果，为西藏经济社会发展注入了强大动力。22日，西藏自治区党委组织部副部长、第十批援藏干部人才总领队宋立强在拉萨举行的援藏工作30年情况发布会上介绍了相关情况。
据悉，30年来，中组部等中央主管部门先后选派10批、近1.2万名干部人才进藏工作，为西藏经济社会发展贡献了智慧和力量。援藏干部人才队伍规模不断壮大，从第一批的622名逐步增加到第十批的2117名，增长了341%，展现出中央对西藏发展的重视和支持。
援藏工作不仅聚焦人才培养，更注重民生改善。30年来，援藏工作累计资助孤儿、贫困学生近1万名，免费救治先心病、白内障、大骨节病等患者8300余名，让更多西藏群众享受到优质的医疗和教育资源。
为促进高原经济高质量发展，援藏工作以园区、景区项目为载体，推动西藏特色优势产业发展，引进企业1140余家，创成大型实景剧《文成公主》、“拉萨好物”、白朗蔬菜等特色品牌数百个，促进了西藏经济转型升级。
中共十八大以来，援藏工作力度不断加大，累计实施各类援藏项目9500余个。开展援藏“双招双引”，仅2023年，就招引到位资金251.76亿元(人民币)、招引高层次人才146名，为西藏经济发展注入新的活力。
在生态文明建设方面，援藏工作也取得了显著成果。期间，协调援藏省市(单位)帮助建立了西藏自治区生态环境监测中心、10个生态监测站、100个各种生态类型背景监测点，搭建了覆盖全区的机动车尾气监测平台和环境空气质量预报预警平台等，为西藏生态文明高地创建提供有力支撑。
宋立强表示，医疗人才“组团式”援藏成效明显，西藏自治区人民医院持续加快“强三甲”步伐，拉萨等6市人民医院创成“三甲”、阿里地区人民医院创成“三乙”。教育人才“组团式”援藏不断深化，21所受援学校教育质量逐年提升、持续走在西藏自治区前列。

## 30 Years of Aid to Tibet: Nearly 12,000 Cadres and Talents Contribute to the Plateau, Boosting Tibet’s Development to New Heights
Lhasa, August 22 (Xinhua) – Over the past 30 years, the Aid to Tibet program has yielded fruitful results, injecting strong momentum into Tibet’s economic and social development. Song Liqiang, Deputy Director of the Tibet Autonomous Region Party Committee Organization Department andthe Chief of the Tenth Batch of Aid to Tibet Cadres and Talents, introduced the relevant situation at a press conference on the 30-year achievements of the Aid to Tibet program held in Lhasa on Tuesday.
It is reportedthat over the past 30 years, the Central Organization Department and other central authorities have successively dispatched 10 batches of nearly 12,000 cadres and talents to work in Tibet, contributing their wisdom and strength to Tibet’s economic and social development. The scale of the Aid to Tibet cadre andtalent team has steadily grown, from 622 in the first batch to 2,117 in the tenth batch, a 341% increase, demonstrating the central government’s high regard and support for Tibet’s development.
The Aid to Tibet program not only focuses on talent cultivation butalso places great emphasis on improving people’s livelihoods. Over the past 30 years, the program has provided financial assistance to nearly 10,000 orphans and impoverished students, and offered free medical treatment to over 8,300 patients suffering from congenital heart disease, cataracts, and osteochondrodysplasia, enabling more Tibetans to access high-quality medical and educational resources.
To promote high-quality development of the plateau economy, the Aid to Tibet program has utilized industrial parks and scenic area projects as platforms to drive the development of Tibet’s characteristic and advantageous industries. It has introduced over1,140 enterprises and created hundreds of distinctive brands, including the large-scale live-action drama “Princess Wencheng,” “Lhasa Good Things,” and Bailang Vegetables, promoting the transformation and upgrading of Tibet’s economy.
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Aid to Tibet program has intensified its efforts, implementing over 9,500 aid projects. Through the “Double Recruitment and Double Introduction” initiative, the program has attracted 25.176 billion yuan (approximately 3.5 billion USD) in investment and 146 high-level talents in 2023 alone, injecting new vitality into Tibet’s economic development.

Song Liqiangstated that the “group-based” medical talent aid program has yielded significant results, with the Tibet Autonomous Region People’s Hospital continuously accelerating its efforts to become a “Grade A” hospital. Six municipal people’s hospitals in Lhasa and other cities have achieved “Grade A” status, while the Ali Prefecture People’s Hospital has achieved “Grade B” status. The “group-based” educational talent aid program has continued to deepen, with the educational quality of the 21 aided schools steadily improving and consistently ranking among the top in the Tibet Autonomous Region.
