8月21日,2024中国-东盟教育交流周在贵州省贵阳市贵安新区中国-东盟教育交流周永久会址隆重开幕。来自中国和东盟国家教育界的宾朋好友齐聚一堂,共话教育合作发展新篇章。
本届交流周以“深化教育合作,共建美好未来”为主题,旨在进一步推动中国与东盟国家教育交流与合作,促进“国之交”与“民相亲”。
教育部副部长何光彩在开幕式上表示,近年来,在习近平主席“五大家园”倡议引领下,中国-东盟教育合作取得积极成效,以交流促合作,以合作促交流的互动格局进一步形成,教育日益成为青年一代彼此相知、相亲、相融的催化剂和黏合剂。
作为中国-东盟政府间唯一以教育为主题的交流合作平台,中国-东盟教育交流周已走过17个春秋,成为教育国际交流合作“引进来”和“走出去”的重要载体。
东南亚教育部长组织秘书长哈必芭·阿卜杜勒·拉希姆博士认为,中国-东盟教育交流周是各国共同致力于通过教育建设更美好未来的坚实证明。缅甸教育部副部长莫佐通则表示,交流周促进了国之交与民相亲,得到各国领导人高度认可。
贵州地处西南,是连接丝绸之路经济带与东南亚的重要通道,在推动与东盟国家的交流合作中具有得天独厚的条件。自2008年以来,贵州以交流周为平台,以高校合作为发端,将教育对外开放从高等教育延伸到职业教育、基础教育。学生流动、人才培养、产学研合作、青少年交流等领域的合作不断深入,贵州与东盟国家建立了广泛而深入的合作网络。
来自缅甸的诺拉于2020年来到贵州学习汉语,并于2021年入学贵州财经大学。她表示,通过参与交流周的志愿服务工作,对中国和贵州有了更深入的了解,对中国传统文化兴趣日益浓厚,并计划继续在这里学习历史。
贵州大学博士生张茜则通过贵州省“千人留学计划”赴泰国皇家理工大学交流学习。她表示,在泰国学习期间,她不仅提升了专业技能,也加深了对泰国文化的理解,为今后的研究工作奠定了坚实的基础。

This year’s Exchange Week, themed “Deepening Education Cooperation, Building a Brighter Future”, aims to further promote education exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEANcountries, fostering “state-to-state relations” and “people-to-people exchanges”.
He Guangcai, Vice Minister of Education, stated in his opening speech that in recent years, under the guidance of President Xi Jinping’s “Five Homes” initiative, China-ASEAN education cooperation has achieved positiveresults, further forming an interactive pattern of promoting cooperation through exchanges and exchanges through cooperation. Moe Zo Tun, Deputy Minister of Education of Myanmar, expressed that the Exchange Week has promoted “state-to-state relations” and “people-to-people exchanges”, earning high recognition from leaders of various countries.
Located in southwest China, Guizhou is an important channel connecting the Silk Road Economic Belt and Southeast Asia, possessing unique advantages in promoting exchanges and cooperation with ASEAN countries. Since 2008, Guizhou has used the Exchange Week as a platform, starting with university cooperation, extending education opening-up from higher educationto vocational education and basic education. Cooperation in areas such as student mobility, talent cultivation, industry-academia-research collaboration, and youth exchanges has continuously deepened, establishing a broad and in-depth cooperation network between Guizhou and ASEAN countries.
Nora from Myanmar came to Guizhou to study Chinese in 2020 and enrolled in Guizhou University of Finance and Economics in 2021. She stated that through participating in volunteer work at the Exchange Week, she gained a deeper understanding of China and Guizhou, her interest in Chinese traditional culture grew, and she plans to continue studying history here.
Zhang Qian, adoctoral student at Guizhou University, participated in the Guizhou Province “Thousand Talents Study Abroad Program” to exchange and study at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang in Thailand. She expressed that during her studies in Thailand, she not only improved her professional skills but also deepened her understanding of Thai culture, laying a solid foundation for her future research work.
The successful holding of the China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week has not only promoted exchanges and cooperation in the education field between China and ASEAN countries but also built a bridge for communication and exchange for the younger generation of the two regions, playing an important role in promoting”state-to-state relations” and “people-to-people exchanges”.
