##心相近|中越务实合作跑出“加速度”
新华社河内/南宁8月20日电 近年来,中越两国在“心相近”的理念指引下,务实合作不断深化,跑出“加速度”,交出一份亮眼的成绩单。从贸易投资到基础设施建设,从人文交流到科技合作,两国关系正迈向更高水平。
**“硬联通”推升经贸投资热度**
今年以来,中越双方在经贸领域合作成果显著。中国已连续多年保持越南第一大贸易伙伴地位,越南是中国在东盟的第一大贸易伙伴。今年前7个月,双边贸易额达1450亿美元,较去年同期增长逾20%。
中越班列往来频繁,满载着中国产品驶抵越南,越南榴莲、菠萝蜜等特色农产品也源源不断地进入中国市场。广西始发中越班列今年累计发送7850标箱,同比增长15倍。中国企业对越南市场的重视也体现在投资领域,中国在越南吸引的新增投资项目数量位居第一,为越南创造了大量就业岗位。
**“软联通”促进人文交流**
在人文交流方面,中越两国也取得了丰硕成果。河内大学孔子学院上半年参加汉语水平考试的人数再创新高,体现了越南民众对学习汉语的热情。中国科技品牌TCL在越南庆祝“出海”25周年,计划进一步整合资源,打造辐射东南亚乃至欧美市场的区域制造和供应链中心。
**深化合作共建命运共同体**
8月19日,中共中央总书记、国家主席习近平同来华进行国事访问的越共中央总书记、国家主席苏林举行会谈,双方一致同意深化两国务实合作,共同推动构建具有战略意义的中越命运共同体。
会谈后,双方共同见证签署关于党校、互联互通、工业、金融、海关检验检疫、卫生、新闻机构和媒体、地方、民生等领域多项双边合作文件,为未来合作指明了方向。

**”Hard Connectivity” Boosts Trade and Investment Heat**
This year, China and Vietnam have achieved significant cooperation in the economic and trade field. China has been Vietnam’s largest trading partner for many consecutive years, while Vietnam is China’s largest trading partner in ASEAN. In the first seven months of this year, bilateral trade volume reached US$145 billion, anincrease of over 20% year-on-year.
China-Vietnam freight trains run frequently, carrying Chinese products to Vietnam, while Vietnamese durian, jackfruit, and other specialty agricultural products are continuously entering the Chinese market. Guangxi province has dispatched a total of 7,850 TEUs ofChina-Vietnam freight trains this year, a 15-fold increase year-on-year. Chinese companies’ emphasis on the Vietnamese market is also reflected in the investment field. China ranks first in attracting new investment projects in Vietnam, creating a large number of jobs for the country.
**”Soft Connectivity”Promotes Cultural Exchange**
In terms of cultural exchange, China and Vietnam have also achieved fruitful results. The Confucius Institute at Hanoi University has seen a record number of participants in the HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) in the first half of the year, reflecting the Vietnamese people’s enthusiasm for learning Chinese. TCL, aChinese technology brand, celebrated its 25th anniversary of “going global” in Vietnam and plans to further integrate resources to build a regional manufacturing and supply chain center that will radiate to Southeast Asia and even Europe and America.
**Deepening Cooperation to Build a Community with a Shared Future**
On August 19, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and President Xi Jinping held talks with General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and President Nguyen Phu Trong, who was visiting China for a state visit. Both sides agreed to deepen pragmatic cooperation between the two countries and jointlypromote the building of a China-Vietnam community with a shared future of strategic significance.
Following the talks, the two sides jointly witnessed the signing of a number of bilateral cooperation documents in the fields of party schools, interconnectivity, industry, finance, customs inspection and quarantine, health, news agencies and media, local affairs, and people’s livelihood, setting the direction for future cooperation.
