##董宇辉单飞引争议，东方甄选员工面临“二选一”困境

据北京商报报道，“与辉同行”团队规模仅有 160 人左右，却面临着高强度的流量关注。董宇辉从主播突然变身公司负责人，其身份转变也引发了外界对其未来发展方向的质疑。
有东方甄选前员工透露，部分主播和幕后成员在“与辉同行”独立后，面临着“二选一”的抉择，部分员工选择离开东方甄选，加入“与辉同行”。
此前，东方甄选于 7 月 25 日发布公告，宣布董宇辉不再担任公司雇员及公司一个合并联属实体的高级管理层。同时，董宇辉收购了“与辉同行”的100% 股权，代价为人民币 7658.55 万元。
东方甄选创始人俞敏洪表示，为了感谢董宇辉，除了已经支付承诺的全部待遇，他已恳请董事会及薪酬委员会并取得同意，把“与辉同行”的全部净利润奖励给董宇辉。
值得注意的是，“与辉同行”团队规模相比其他头部主播团队人数较少，例如李佳琦背后的美腕约有 1200 位员工，辛巴背后的辛选集团超 4000 人，而东方甄选截至 2023 年 11 月 30 日也有 1785 名全职员工和 720 名兼职员工。
董宇辉单飞后，东方甄选内部员工面临“二选一”的困境，也引发了外界对东方甄选未来发展方向的担忧。目前，东方甄选尚未对此事作出官方回应。

**IT Home, August 20** – 233 days after the highly publicized “small essay incident,” Dong Yuhui, who had publicly stated he would not leave Oriental Selection, has ultimately chosen togo solo, establishing his own company “With Hui Together.” This move has sparked widespread attention in the industry, leaving Oriental Selection facing an internal “choose one”dilemma.
According to Beijing Business Daily, “With Hui Together” has a team of only around 160 people, yet faces intense traffic attention. Dong Yuhui’s sudden transition from anchor to company leader has also raisedquestions about his future development direction.
Former Oriental Selection employees have revealed that some anchors and behind-the-scenes members are facing a “choose one” decision after “With Hui Together” became independent. Some employees have chosen to leave OrientalSelection and join “With Hui Together.”
Previously, on July 25, Oriental Selection released a statement announcing that Dong Yuhui was no longer an employee of the company or a senior manager of any of its merged affiliated entities. At the same time, Dong Yuhui acquired 100% ofthe equity of “With Hui Together” for RMB 76.5855 million.
Oriental Selection founder Yu Minhong stated that to thank Dong Yuhui, in addition to the full compensation already promised, he has requested and obtained the approval of the board of directors and the compensation committee to award allnet profits of “With Hui Together” to Dong Yuhui.
It is worth noting that the team size of “With Hui Together” is significantly smaller compared to other top anchor teams. For example, Li Jiaqi’s Meiwang has around 1200 employees, Xinba’s Xinxuan Group has over 4000 employees, while Oriental Selection had 1785 full-time employees and 720 part-time employees as of November 30, 2023.
Following Dong Yuhui’s solo venture, Oriental Selection’s internal employees facea “choose one” dilemma, raising concerns about the company’s future development direction. Currently, Oriental Selection has not yet issued an official response to this matter.
