庭审中,天津某食品公司的负责人钱某某辩称其并不知情注水肉里添加了防腐剂。然而,根据赵某某等人的证词,钱某某一开始就知道注水肉里添加了防腐剂,且曾赴某屠宰场参观,专门要求“便宜肉”“注水肉”。

最终,法院认定5名被告人均构成生产、销售伪劣产品罪,分别判处赵某某有期徒刑15年,钱某某有期徒刑15年,王某某有期徒刑7年,孙某某有期徒刑7年,徐某有期徒刑1年6个月,并处罚金4000元到298万元不等。
