2024年8月19日，在北京海淀区成功举办的人工智能生态大会上，智慧海淀以“智绘新篇 算赢未来”为主题，聚焦数据、算力、算法等关键要素与核心技术，深入交流了国内外前沿热点话题，并搭建了合作平台，凝聚了人工智能、数字经济与实体经济融合发展的强劲动能。

《行动计划》提出，到2026年，海淀区将力争产出100个标杆行业模型产品，形成100个示范引领典型案例，形成千家企业千亿集群引领带动万亿经济发展新局面。同时，海淀区将大力支持各行业优势主体组织形成创新应用联合体，依托联合体建设人工智能创新应用加速器，面向未来催生一批民生、科研和产业领域的新产品、新场景、新服务，提高从技术研发到产品落地和商业应用的效率和成功率。
海淀区作为“中国硅谷”，在人工智能领域深耕布局已久，已取得一系列丰硕成果。数据显示，北京发布大模型、备案上线大模型数量占全国半数以上，百川智能、智谱华章等优质的大模型企业均出自海淀。科技部发布的《中国人工智能大模型地图研究报告》显示，北京在大模型学者指数、模型开源数量和影响力等指标上，均为全国首位。
政策方面，海淀区的一系列政策支持正在持续为海淀企业构筑一个营商环境良好、鼓励科研创新、吸引尖端人才的优质生态环境，同时也将进一步巩固海淀在全球科技竞争中的领先地位。
