8月16日，黑龙江省漠河市北极镇中心小学迎来了一场特别的国旗传递活动。本次活动由全国少工委联合中国载人航天工程新闻宣传办公室共同举办，主题为“红领巾爱祖国——我心中的五星红旗”。来自黑龙江省各地的少先队员代表、辅导员代表、漠河市党政军警民代表以及西部计划志愿者共100余人参加了此次活动。
在庄严的升旗仪式中，一面特殊的五星红旗被护旗手传递给优秀少先队员代表，随后由军警代表升旗。这面五星红旗曾在神舟十八号、神舟十七号太空飞行期间进行传递，并在中国空间站进行了展示。伴随着雄壮的国歌声，这面承载着特殊意义的五星红旗在全体人员的注视下冉冉升起。
升旗仪式结束后，少先队员们进行了《红领巾爱祖国——我心中的五星红旗》长卷手绘涂色活动，用自己心中的最美颜色为祖国献礼。在北极镇七星广场，还同步举办了快闪活动，少先队员们与合唱团共同演唱了《歌唱祖国》《身在最北方心向党中央》等歌曲，表达了对祖国的热爱和对未来的美好祝愿。
据悉，本次国旗传递活动分为太空传递和地面传递两个阶段。太空传递部分已于4月25日随神舟十八号载人飞船进入太空，并在4月30日随神舟十七号载人飞船返回地球。地面传递活动则已在多个省份展开。
活动结束后，来自黑龙江省各地的少先队员代表还共同参加了“丁香绽放·童心港湾”“助力哈马迎跑未来”2024黑龙江省希望工程迷你马拉松收官赛，用脚步丈量城市，传递马拉松精神，推动新时代希望工程“素质提升计划”的实施。
此次活动的成功举办，不仅增强了少先队员们的国家意识和爱国情感，也为推动青少年素质教育、促进青少年全面发展提供了新的平台。漠河作为“神州北极”，见证了这面太空五星红旗的荣耀时刻，也见证了新一代青少年对祖国的深情厚意。

On August 16, Moye County’s Beijiang Town Central Primary School witnessed a special flag passing activity. This event was jointly organized by the National Committee of the Chinese Federation of Youth Organizations and the Publicity Department of China Manned Space Engineering, with the theme “Red Scarves Love the Motherland – My Heart’s Five-Starred Red Banner.” Over 100 representatives, including少先队员 (youth cadres) from various parts of Heilongjiang Province, guidance teachers, representatives from the local government, military, police, and civilians of Moye City, as well as volunteers from the Western Development Plan, participated in this activity.
During the solemn flag-raising ceremony, a special Five-Starred Red Banner was passed by the flag bearers to an outstanding youth cadet representative, who then handed it to a military police representative to raise the flag. This Five-Starred Red Banner had been passed during the space flights of Shenzhou 18 and Shenzhou 17 and was displayed on the Chinese space station. As the solemn national anthem played, this flag with a special significance rose slowly under the gaze of all the participants.
After the flag-raising ceremony, the youth cadets participated in a long scroll hand-painted coloring activity titled “Red Scarves Love the Motherland – My Heart’s Five-Starred Red Banner,” using the most beautiful colors in their hearts to celebrate their country. At the Qixing Square in Beijiang Town, a flash mob event was also held simultaneously, where youth cadets and choral groups sang songs such as “Singing the Motherland” and “At the Northernmost Point of the Country, Our Hearts Belong to the Central Committee,” expressing their love for the country and their best wishes for the future.
It is reported that the flag passing activity is divided into two stages: space transmission and ground transmission. The space transmission part was carried out on April 25 with the Shenzhou 18 manned spacecraft entering space and returned to Earth on April 30 with the Shenzhou 17 manned spacecraft. The ground transmission activities have already been carried out in multiple provinces.
At the end of the event, representatives from youth cadets across Heilongjiang Province also participated in the “Cloves Blossom·Childhood Harbour” and “Helping Harbin Marathon Welcome the Future” 2024 Heilongjiang Province Hope Project Mini Marathon Closing Race, using their steps to measure the city and convey marathon spirit, promoting the implementation of the New Era Hope Project’s “Quality Improvement Plan.”
