本报北京8月17日电（记者孔德晨）自“山水工程”启动以来，中国政府高度重视生态保护和修复工作，自然资源部会同相关部门稳步推进此项工程，取得显著成效。截至目前，中国已实施52个“山水工程”，累计完成治理面积超过1亿亩，为改善生态环境、促进可持续发展做出了重要贡献。
“山水工程”是指山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和修复工程，旨在通过整体保护、系统修复、综合治理的方式，实现生态环境的全面提升。该工程自“十三五”期间启动以来，自然资源部、财政部等部门统筹部署，多措并举，整合相关资金和政策，形成了山上山下、地上地下、陆地海洋以及流域上下游的综合治理格局。
“山水工程”不仅在生态环境保护方面取得了显著成效，也为国家重大战略的实施提供了有力支撑。例如，该工程积极服务京津冀协同发展、黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展、西部大开发等国家战略，通过高水平保护修复，推动高质量发展，为经济社会可持续发展提供了坚实的生态基础。

The Ministry of Natural Resources, in coordination with relevant departments, has steadily advanced this project, achieving significant results. To date, China has implemented 52 “Land and Water Conservation Projects,” cumulatively completing the restoration of more than one billion acres, making an important contribution to improving the ecological environment and promoting sustainable development.
The “Land and Water Conservation Projects” refer to integrated conservation and restoration projects for mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grasslands, and deserts, aiming to achieve a comprehensive improvement in the ecological environment through holistic protection, systematic restoration, and comprehensive management.
