火山引擎在厦门举办的第二届AI创新巡展上，正式发布了基于字节跳动自研豆包大模型的文旅解决方案。该解决方案结合了抖音内容生态，旨在重塑旅游城市的文旅形态，打造更加新奇智能的旅行和消费体验。
豆包大模型是由字节跳动研发，是国内首批通过算法备案的大模型之一，自2024年5月15日正式发布以来，日均Tokens使用量已突破5000亿，外部客户日均Tokens使用量在两个月内增长了22倍。基于豆包大模型打造的AI智能助手豆包，在各大应用商店AI类产品的下载量排名第一。
火山引擎副总裁张鑫在活动现场表示，火山引擎一直与企业在大模型应用方面紧密合作，在电商、教育、科研、先进制造等多个行业场景取得了一定的成果。福建地区的企业宁德时代、美图、福州果集和众联世纪也分享了AI和大模型的应用实践。
张鑫认为，福建地区旅游资源集中，但游客消费行为的游前、游中、游后等步骤以前分散在不同媒介形态中实现，导致旅游消费行为路径割裂、低效。火山引擎将这些步骤整合在一个媒介中，通过与大模型的结合，能够提升游客的出行消费体验，缩短从出行决策到旅程完成的行为链路。
豆包大模型文旅解决方案囊括了智能推荐、智能问答、AR体验和文字、图片、视频内容生成等模型能力，以游客为中心，对游客的游览动线进行整体规划，涵盖了从目的地种草到完成游览和游览结束后二次消费的全周期。
火山引擎智能算法负责人吴迪介绍，豆包大模型通过持续升级基础能力，拓展了应用场景和功能边界，能满足用户多样化、复杂化的需求。同时，豆包大模型还给出了最高可达同梯队模型数倍的每分钟处理Tokens限额，让模型服务具备更强的承载力，能够应对高并发场景。
