中新网钦州8月13日电 (韦春妮 廖佳珍)近日，广西钦州海关采取多项措施助力当地加工贸易提档升级，成效显著。广西金桂浆纸业有限公司在海关的帮助下，加工贸易额超过公司总进出口额的82%，今年上半年公司进出口额约36.9亿元，同比增长43.9%。
钦州海关副关长庞鸿表示，今年以来，我关全力支持传统加工贸易做大做强，并不断挖掘新兴产业加工贸易潜力，大力引导和支持新能源材料、绿色化工企业开展加工贸易，实现了新能源材料产业加工贸易全国‘零的突破’。
钦州市的船舶等临港产业正致力于利用加工贸易政策优化发展模式，积极融入以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。中国船舶集团广西造船有限公司今年6月签署了109米滚装货船1#船、693TEU集装箱船1#船交船文书，实现了试航一次成功，试航时间大幅缩减，并在试航结束后实现提前交付。
钦州海关还走访了纸制品、新材料、船舶等企业，帮扶辖区相关企业首次开展加工贸易业务，解决了单耗申报、料件内销、加工贸易手册等5项问题，推动了钦州加工贸易结构由劳动密集型为主向资本和技术密集型转变。据统计，今年上半年，钦州市加工贸易方式进出口55.9亿元，占同期广西加工贸易进出口总值20.4%，位居广西第三，同比增长77.9%。
钦州海关将继续落实海关推动加工贸易持续高质量发展16条措施，支持钦州市加工贸易高质量发展，为当地经济发展注入新动力。
