中越友谊关—友谊货运通道智慧口岸项目首个10kV配电房送电成功
中新网广西凭祥8月13日电(付冬月 黄金兰 陈素妮)8月12日，随着合闸命令的下达，由广西交科集团有限公司牵头承建的中越友谊关—友谊货运通道智慧口岸(以下简称“中越智慧口岸”)项目首个配电房一次性送电成功，为集装箱接驳区域提供稳定、可靠的电力保障。
友谊关口岸位于广西凭祥市，是中国通往越南乃至东盟的便捷国际贸易通道，也是中国最大陆路水果进出口口岸。中越智慧口岸是中越首个跨境智慧口岸，建成后将率先实现无人驾驶运输试运行，进而实现“24小时全天候、无接触、无人化、智能化”通关不间断运行，友谊关—友谊口岸通关能力和区域跨境资源配置效率大幅提升。
中越智慧口岸供配电工程是项目的控制性节点工程之一，也是集装箱起重机、冷链集装箱充电机、IGV(智慧型引导运输车)换电站及充电设施、IGV卡道设施等关键设备设施运行的“动力源”。广西交科集团有限公司创新性采用双电源供电模式，在集装箱接驳区和专用查验处理区分别建设10kV/0.4V配电房，以实现双路电源互投功能，出现电源故障时可快速切换至10kV备用电源回路，确保各项设备设施正常运行，有效提升设备用电的安全性与稳定性。
为确保1#配电房按时顺利送电，广西交科集团有限公司项目团队细化配电房送电及验收方案，明确人员分工，提前与业主、监理、供电局协调沟通，确保送电工作严格按照操作流程、规范执行，并在当日22时30分顺利完成项目首个配电房的送电任务。
下一步，广西交科集团有限公司项目团队将认真做好IGV车辆调试、24小时通关系统及配套设施调试、信息化软件部署上线调试等工作，为今年年底实现中方段试运行目标奠定坚实基础。

This achievement provides stable and reliable power assurance for the container transfer area.
The Friendship Pass Port is located in Pingxiang City, Guangxi, serving as a convenient international trade channel for China to Vietnam and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). It is also the largest land fruit import and export port in China. The Sino-Vietnamese Smart Port is the first cross-border smart port between China and Vietnam. Once completed, it will pioneer the trial operation of unmanned driving transportation and eventually realize uninterrupted operation with “24-hour, round-the-clock, contactless, unmanned, and intelligent” clearance. The operational capability of the Friendship Pass-Friendship Port and the efficiency of regional cross-border resource allocation will be significantly enhanced.
The power supply and distribution project of the Sino-Vietnamese Smart Port is one of the key control nodes of the project, serving as the “power source” for the operation of critical equipment such as container cranes, cold chain container charging stations, IGV (Intelligent Guidance Vehicle) charging stations and charging facilities, and IGV guideway facilities. Guangxi JiaoKexue Group Co., Ltd. has innovatively adopted a dual-power supply mode, constructing 10kV/0.4V distribution rooms in the container transfer zone and the dedicated inspection processing area to achieve dual-circuit power supply mutual switching. In the event of a power supply fault, the system can quickly switch to the 10kV backup power circuit to ensure the normal operation of all equipment and facilities, effectively enhancing the safety and stability of power supply.
To ensure a timely and smooth power supply for the No. 1 distribution room, the project team of Guangxi JiaoKexue Group Co., Ltd. has meticulously detailed the power supply and acceptance plan, clarified personnel responsibilities, and coordinated with the owners, supervisors, and power supply bureaus in advance to ensure that the power supply work is carried out strictly in accordance with operational procedures and standards. The team successfully completed the power supply task for the first distribution room by 22:30 on the same day.
