中国海油旗下海洋石油工程股份有限公司（简称海油工程）近日在山东青岛完成了一项重大工程——为沙特阿拉伯国家石油公司Marjan（简称沙特阿美马赞）承建的油气集输平台完工交付。这座平台是中国对外交付的重量最大、集输能力最强的国际海洋油气平台，标志着中国企业在国际海洋油气工程建设领域取得了新的突破。
这座8腿海洋油气集输平台，设计用于将开采出的海洋油气汇集并输送到陆地进行处理，年集输能力达到原油2400万吨、伴生气74亿方，是世界上原油集输能力最强的海洋平台之一。平台重量超过17200吨，高度超过24层楼，甲板面积相当于约15个篮球场，应用电缆总长可绕北京五环2圈半，应用的管线尺寸之大、类型之复杂均创同类平台纪录。
该平台将服务于沙特阿美旗下马赞油田增产开发项目，预计整体投产后将成为全球油气处理能力最大的海上油田。海油工程国际工程公司总经理兼马赞项目经理刘瑞表示，平台采用国际上最严格的标准进行建造，项目团队在施工效率、质量合格率、安全绩效等方面均达到世界先进水平。

China’s offshore oil giant, CNOOC Limited, recently completed a significant project under its banner, the China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL), in Qingdao, Shandong Province. The company delivered an oil and gas collection platform to Saudi Aramco’s Marjan Field, marking a new milestone in China’s international offshore oil and gas engineering construction sector.
The 8-legged offshore oil and gas collection platform is designed to gather and transport offshore oil and gas to land for processing. With an annual collection capacity of 24 million tons of crude oil and 7.4 billion cubic meters of associated gas, it is one of the strongest oil collection platforms in the world. The platform weighs over 17,200 tons and stands taller than 24 stories, with a deck area equivalent to about 15 basketball courts. The total length of the cables used is enough to encircle Beijing’s 5th Ring Road twice and a half, and the size and complexity of the pipelines used set new records for similar platforms.
The platform will serve Saudi Aramco’s Marjan Field for increased oil production, and upon completion, it is expected to become the largest offshore oil field in the world in terms of processing capacity. In recent years, COSL has broadened its cooperation with countries and regions along the Belt and Road Initiative, executing nearly 70 projects.
