第一届永台客家职业教育对话会在福建永定举行，这是福建省首个由县（市、区）主办，与台湾行业协会、职业院校和专家学者、企业家代表在职业教育方面开展的对话交流会。此次活动不仅为永台港澳青年搭建了一个展示自我、交流思想、共谋发展的广阔舞台，还邀请了两岸的职业教育专家学者、院校和企业代表80余位嘉宾参加，围绕“助力推动两岸职业教育产教融合发展”主题，共话融合发展未来。
对话会上，主办方介绍了“永台港澳青年之家”“永台青年人才之家”的正式成立，旨在为永台港澳青年提供一个交流合作、共同发展的平台。现场还举行了合作签约仪式，其中，永定区中华职教社与台湾中华服务交流协会签订战略合作协议，未来双方将在人才培养、产教融合方面展开更为深入的合作，提升职业教育的教育教学水平和社会服务能力。
在两岸专家学者学术交流环节中，台湾青年联合会顾问、台湾首府大学董事会董事长特别助理刘文忠带来了《“暑期学校”模式架起两岸交换生新契机》的主旨演讲，受到与会嘉宾的点赞。台湾云端服务协会驻福建办事处主任杨竣宇则作了《闽台数字营销青年创业团队培养实践案例》的主旨演讲，分享了在学生培养、师资培训方面的丰富经验。
杨竣宇在现场回答了“两岸交流合作，交流什么？合作什么？”的问题，他认为在数字经济浪潮下，两岸交流合作不仅仅包含论坛和赛事，还有知识付费、培训等众多领域。
此次对话会的举办，不仅促进了两岸职业教育的交流与合作，也为两岸青年人才的培养和发展提供了新的机遇，为推动两岸职业教育产教融合发展贡献了力量。

News Content: The first Yongding-Taiwan Hakka Vocational Education Dialogue was held in Yongding, Fujian, marking the province’s first event of its kind organized by a county (city, district), focusing on dialogue and exchange in the field of vocational education with Taiwanese industry associations, vocational schools, and experts, as well as business representatives. This event not only provided a broad stage for Yongding-Taiwan-Hong Kong-Macao youth to showcase themselves, exchange ideas, and seek common development but also invited over 80 distinguished guests, including experts and scholars in vocational education from both sides of the Straits, as well as representatives from educational institutions and enterprises, to discuss the theme of “Assisting the Promotion of Vocational Education and Industry-Education Integration Development Across the Straits.”
During the dialogue, the organizers introduced the formal establishment of the “Yongding-Taiwan-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Community” and the “Yongding Youth Talent Community,” aimed at providing a platform for communication, cooperation, and common development for Yongding-Taiwan-Hong Kong-Macao youth. A cooperation signing ceremony was also held on site, where the Yongding District Vocational Education Society and the Taiwan Chinese Service Exchange Association signed a strategic cooperation agreement. In the future, both parties will engage in more in-depth cooperation in talent training and industry-education integration, enhancing the teaching and social service capabilities of vocational education.
In the academic exchange session between experts and scholars from both sides of the Straits, Liu Wenzhong, an advisor to the Taiwan Youth Federation and special assistant to the board of directors of Taiwan Shifuchi University, delivered a keynote speech on “The Summer School Model: Building a New Opportunity for Cross-Strait Exchange Students,” which was highly praised by the attendees. Yang Junyu, the director of the Fujian Office of the Taiwan Cloud Service Association, gave a keynote speech on “Practical Cases of Training Digital Marketing Youth Entrepreneurship Teams in Minnan,” sharing rich experiences in student training and teacher education.
Yang Junyu addressed the question of “What to exchange and what to cooperate in cross-Straits exchanges” on site. He believed that in the wave of the digital economy, cross-Straits exchanges and cooperation extend beyond forums and competitions, including a wide range of areas such as knowledge payment and training.
The holding of this dialogue has not only promoted exchanges and cooperation in vocational education across the Straits but also provided new opportunities for the cultivation and development of cross-Straits youth talents, contributing to the promotion of vocational education and industry-education integration development across the Straits.
