国家中医药管理局近日发布消息,我国中医药标准化体系框架已经基本建立,为中医药的传承和发展提供了坚实的标准支撑。据国家中医药管理局政策法规与监督司司长朱桂介绍,目前我国已制定中医药推荐性国家标准77项、指导性技术文件12项、中医药行业标准10项,以及中医药地方标准1000余项和团体标准2500余项。国际标准化组织中医药技术委员会发布的中医药国际标准达到112项。

《中医药标准化行动计划(2024—2026年)》的出台,标志着我国中医药标准化工作进入了一个新的发展阶段。该行动计划提出了六个方面的重点任务,旨在推动中医药标准化高质量发展,加强重点领域标准供给,优化标准体系,提升标准质量,建立标准应用推广和评价体系,以及加强标准化人才队伍建设。

朱桂表示,中医药标准化工作对于提高中医药服务能力和水平,保障中医药质量,促进中医药学术发展,以及突出中医药特色具有重要意义。通过实施《行动计划》,预计到2026年底,将基本建立适应中医药高质量发展需要的标准体系,完成180项国内标准和30项国际标准的制定,全面提升中医药标准化水平。

为了确保《行动计划》的有效实施,国家中医药管理局将强化组织保障,完善配套政策,统筹重点任务和关键环节,确保各项措施落到实处。同时,将加大经费投入,确保中医药标准化的资金支持,并开展实施评估,确保中医药标准化工作取得实效。

News Content: The National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (NATCM) recently released a statement indicating that the framework of China’s traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) standardization system has been basically established, providing a solid standard foundation for the inheritance and development of TCM. According to Zhu Gui, the director of the Policy and Regulation Department of the NATCM, China has already formulated 77 recommended national standards for TCM, 12 technical guidance documents, 10 industry standards for TCM, over 1,000 local TCM standards, and over 2,500 group standards. The International Standardization Organization’s Traditional Chinese Medicine Technical Committee has released 112 international TCM standards.

The issuance of the “Traditional Chinese Medicine Standardization Action Plan (2024-2026)” marks a new development phase for China’s TCM standardization work. The action plan outlines six key tasks aimed at promoting the high-quality development of TCM standardization, enhancing the supply of standards in key areas, optimizing the standard system, improving standard quality, establishing a system for the application, promotion, and evaluation of standards, and strengthening the construction of standardized talent teams.

Zhu Gui stated that the standardization work of TCM is of great significance for improving the service capacity and level of TCM, ensuring the quality of TCM, promoting the academic development of TCM, and highlighting the characteristics of TCM. By implementing the action plan, it is expected that by the end of 2026, a standard system will be basically established to meet the needs of high-quality development of TCM, with the completion of the formulation of 180 domestic standards and 30 international standards, and a全面提升 of the standardization level of TCM.

To ensure the effective implementation of the action plan, the NATCM will strengthen organizational guarantees, improve supporting policies, coordinate key tasks and critical links, and ensure that all measures are implemented.
