Zu Wenna Hamud Salum, a network maintenance engineer at Huawei Tanzania, was once a student of computer science at the University of Dar es Salaam. Through participation in the Huawei “Future Seeds” program, she not only learned about knowledge in the field of communication technology but also enhanced her practical and innovative capabilities. The Huawei “Future Seeds” program, which was launched in Tanzania in 2016, has provided learning opportunities in information and communication technology to more than 240 Tanzanian university students.
Huawei has also established formal partnership with 19 universities in Tanzania to cultivate innovative and applied technical talents through online learning, experimental training, and other methods.
