中新网圣保罗8月2日电 (记者 林春茵)当地时间7月31日，巴西中资企业协会(下称巴西中企协)年度第二场“中资业务大讲堂”在巴西圣保罗开讲，百余位中资机构代表听取巴西知名律所实例分析知识产权海外维权策略。
此次活动由中国驻圣保罗总领馆、巴西中企协与KASZNAR LEONARDOS律师事务所共同举办。中国驻圣保罗总领馆商务参赞白春晖，巴西中企协会长、中国银行(巴西)有限公司行长张广华，巴西知识产权协会主席、KASZNAR LEONARDOS律所高级合伙人加布里埃尔·莱昂纳多(Gabriel Leonardos)，巴西知识产权协会原主席伊丽莎白·卡斯纳尔(Elisabeth Kasznar)，巴西中企协秘书长、中国贸促会驻巴西代表处总代表郭英会以及百余位在巴中企代表出席了此次活动。
白春晖在致辞中表示，中国政府高度重视知识产权工作，鼓励创新，依法保护产权人合法权益，同时积极参与知识产权国际合作，尊重和维护知识产权国际规则。巴西同样高度重视知识产权保护，具有健全的知识产权保护体系。他希望中资企业在巴深入学习了解巴西知识产权法律法规，坚持依法合规经营，增强知识产权自我保护意识和能力。
张广华表示，鼓励在巴中企重视海外知识产权的保护管理，提高企业核心竞争力，保障企业在南美市场长远发展。
当天，两位巴西知识产权专家莱昂纳多和卡斯纳尔就巴西知识产权保护相关内容进行了深度讲解，并从专业角度为中资企业提供知识产权建议，回答企业问题，助力企业合规经营。
据了解，巴西是全球第四个建立专利制度的国家。从20世纪70年代以来，巴西政府相继出台多个法律法规，持续修订完善专利制度，以保护知识产权，鼓励技术创新。
此次大讲堂的举办，不仅为在巴中资企业提供了一个学习和交流的平台，也为中巴两国在知识产权领域的交流与合作注入了新的动力，有助于双方企业在公平有序的市场环境中共同发展。

SAN PAULO, Aug. 2 (Xinhua) — Some 100 representatives from Chinese investment entities in Brazil listened to an analysis of overseas intellectual property rights protection strategies by a well-known law firm in Brazil on July 31, as the Brazilian-Chinese Business Association (BCBA) held its second annual “Chinese Investment Business Symposium” in Sao Paulo.
The event was jointly organized by the Consulate General of China in Sao Paulo, the BCBA, and the law firm KASZNAR LEONARDOS. The symposium was attended by Baizhoubing, the Commercial Counselor of the Consulate General of China in Sao Paulo; Zhang Guanghua, the President of the BCBA and the President of the Bank of China (Brazil) Limited; Gabriel Leonardos, a senior partner of KASZNAR LEONARDOS and the Chairman of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association; Elisabeth Kasznar, the former Chairman of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association; Guo Yinghui, the Secretary General of the BCBA and the General Representative of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade in Brazil; and representatives from over 100 Chinese investment entities in Brazil.
Baizhoubing delivered a speech, expressing that the Chinese government attaches great importance to intellectual property work, encourages innovation, and protects the legitimate rights and interests of property owners in accordance with the law, while also actively participating in international cooperation on intellectual property and respecting and maintaining international rules on intellectual property. Brazil also places great importance on the protection of intellectual property and has a sound system for the protection of intellectual property, he added, hoping that Chinese investment entities in Brazil would deeply study and understand the Brazilian laws and regulations on intellectual property, adhere to lawful and compliant business practices, and enhance their awareness and ability of self-protection of intellectual property rights.
Zhang Guanghua expressed that he encouraged Chinese investment entities in Brazil to pay attention to the protection and management of overseas intellectual property rights, improve their core competitiveness, and ensure long-term development in the South American market.
On the same day, the two Brazilian intellectual property experts, Gabriel Leonardos and Elisabeth Kasznar, provided in-depth explanations on the protection of intellectual property in Brazil and offered intellectual property advice from a professional perspective to Chinese investment entities, answering their questions and helping them to operate in compliance with the law.
It is understood that Brazil is the fourth country in the world to establish a patent system. Since the 1970s, the Brazilian government has successively issued a series of laws and regulations, continuously revising and improving the patent system to protect intellectual property and encourage technological innovation.
