湖南受台风“格美”影响强降雨趋于结束 未来高温逐步发展
受今年第3号台风“格美”的残余环流和西南季风的共同影响，湖南多地近日出现强降雨天气。湖南省气象台首席预报员刘红武表示，此次强降雨过程具有影响范围广、持续时间长、累计雨量大、极端性强、致灾风险高等特点。从26日开始，强降雨从湖南东部开始发展，影响范围扩大到湖南东部、南部，并持续在湖南东部、南部一带盘踞。28日夜间到29日，强降雨区逐步西移北扩，29日较强降水主要在湘西北一带。受强降雨影响，湖南多地出现严重内涝、积水，江河湖泊水位上涨，湘江出现今年第4号洪水，涓水、侧水水位超历史最高水位。地质灾害、山洪等次生灾害也频繁出现。
