台湾东南海域发生5.4级地震,福建沿海多地有震感

中新社台北7月27日电 据台当局气象部门消息,台湾东南部海域于27日19时21分发生里氏规模5.4级地震,最大震度3级。地震震中位于台东县政府南方104.3公里,地震深度51.1公里。此次地震的最大震度在屏东县满州乡和台东县兰屿乡,分别达到了3级,而台东市、花莲县、台南市等11个县市的最大震度为1级。

地震发生后,福建福州、泉州等沿海城市亦感到了明显的震感。一位居住在福州市晋安区高层建筑的目击者表示,地震时吊灯在家中晃动,震感明显。截至目前,福建省内已有多名网友在网络上留言称有震感。

台当局气象部门统计,自26日起,全台累计发生10次地震,包括5.4级、5.1级、4.9级、4.6级、4.4级等不同规模的地震。目前暂无灾情传出。

根据中国地震台网测定,本次地震为4.5级,震源深度28公里,震中位于北纬21.86度,东经121.22度。中国地震台网速报目录显示,震中周边200公里内近5年来已发生135次4级以上地震,最大地震为2022年9月18日在台湾花莲县发生的6.9级地震,距离本次震中144公里。

此外,台风“格美”近期侵袭全台,已造成10人死亡、2人失踪、880人受伤,农林渔牧业损失逾16亿元新台币。台风导致台湾东南部海域有8艘商货轮搁浅及1艘货轮沉没。灾后地震频发,为救援工作增添了难度。

在地震与自然灾害频发的背景下,各方呼吁加强灾害预警系统建设,提高公众防灾减灾意识,确保救援工作的顺利进行,以减轻灾害带来的损失。

According to the China Earthquake Networks Center, the earthquake was measured as 4.5 on the Richter scale, with a focal depth of 28 kilometers, and the epicenter was located at 21.86 degrees north latitude and 121.22 degrees east longitude. The China Earthquake Networks Center’s rapid reporting directory shows that within 200 kilometers of the epicenter, there have been 135 earthquakes of magnitude 4 or above in the past five years, with the largest being a 6.9 magnitude earthquake in Hualien County, Taiwan, on September 18, 2022, 144 kilometers away from the epicenter of this earthquake.

Additionally, Typhoon “Gemei” recently affected the entire Taiwan, causing 10 deaths, 2 missing, and 880 injuries, with agricultural, forestry, fisheries, and livestock industries suffering losses exceeding NT$1.6 billion. The typhoon caused 8 cargo vessels to run aground and 1 cargo vessel to sink in the southeastern sea of Taiwan.
