内蒙古自治区兴安盟阿尔山市于7月27日举办第五届阿尔山校友经济发展研讨会，吸引了150余名商界翘楚、学界精英齐聚一堂。本次研讨会聚焦“校友经济绿动北疆”主题，旨在共叙校友情谊、共谋绿色发展大计，共同助力兴安盟实现高质量发展。
自2019年首届阿尔山校友经济论坛举办以来，校友经济为内蒙古的发展注入了源源不断的动力。前四届论坛累计签约项目64个，涵盖了文旅发展、农畜加工、装备制造等多个领域，为内蒙古的经济建设做出了积极贡献。
本届研讨会期间，兴安盟与合作企业围绕农畜产品精深加工、文化旅游、沙地综合治理、清洁能源消纳等领域，签署了17个合作项目，总投资额高达316.87亿元。这些合作项目不仅体现了校友经济的活力，也彰显了兴安盟与合作企业携手共进的决心。
兴安盟委书记苏和在研讨会上感慨道：“与山盟、与水盟、与兴安盟，校友经济，绿动北疆。”他高度赞扬了广大校友企业家和楚商精英的投入与付出，强调了校友经济对兴安盟经济发展、社会进步和民生改善的积极作用。
武汉大学校友企业家联谊会、楚商联合会秘书长骞宏表示，武汉大学携庞大团队参会，旨在依托校友资源，助力兴安盟的地方经济高质量发展和生态领域建设。研讨会期间，专家学者和企业家围绕绿色产业发展创新和生态文明建设等话题，进行了深入的交流与讨论。
此外，兴安盟与武汉大学签署了《兴安盟行政公署·武汉大学政校合作备忘录》，双方将在人才引进、科技合作、招商引资、干部培训、校友经济等多个方面展开合作。研讨会还见证了绿动北疆百企治沙联盟、博士团科技治沙联盟的正式启动，体现了社会各界对科尔沁沙地治理的重视与参与。

### Fifth Erhanshan Alumni Economic Development Forum: Charting the Course for Green Growth, Boosting High-Quality Development in Xing’an League
On July 27, Erhanshan City in Xing’an League, Inner Mongolia, hosted the Fifth Erhanshan Alumni Economic Development Forum, gathering over 150 business leaders and academic elites. The forum, centered on the theme of “Green Economic Development in the North Border,” aimed to foster camaraderie among alumni, strategize for green growth, and jointly facilitate high-quality development in Xing’an League.
Since the inaugural Erhanshan Alumni Economic Forum in 2019, alumni economies have injected continuous momentum into the development of Inner Mongolia. The first four forums have collectively signed 64 projects, spanning tourism, agriculture, animal husbandry processing, and manufacturing, making significant contributions to the economic construction of the region.
During this year’s forum, Xing’an League and its cooperating enterprises signed 17 cooperation agreements in areas such as the deep processing of agricultural and livestock products, tourism, sandland综合治理, and clean energy consumption, with a total investment of 31.687 billion yuan. These agreements showcase the vitality of the alumni economy and Xing’an League’s determination to advance with its partners.
Xing’an League’s Secretary General, Su He, expressed his appreciation for the contributions of alumni entrepreneurs and business elites, highlighting the positive impact of the alumni economy on economic development, social progress, and improving living standards in Xing’an League.
The Secretary General of the University of Wuhan Alumni Entrepreneurs Association, Qian Hong, noted that the University of Wuhan, with a large delegation in attendance, aimed to leverage its alumni resources to support high-quality economic development and ecological construction in Xing’an League. During the forum, experts and business leaders delved into discussions on green industry development innovation and ecological civilization construction.
Furthermore, Xing’an League and the University of Wuhan signed a Memorandum of Understanding on political and academic cooperation, which will cover talent引进, scientific cooperation, business recruitment,干部training, and alumni economies. The forum also inaugurated the Green Power North Border Alliance for Desert Management and the Doctoral Team Alliance for Scientific Desert Management, underscoring the commitment of various sectors to the governance of the Korchin Desert.
The successful hosting of this forum not only strengthens the cooperation and exchange among alumni but also promotes in-depth cooperation between Xing’an League, Wuhan University, academic experts, and enterprises, driving the green and sustainable development of local economies.
