中国藏学研究中心党组书记陈宗荣在会议上强调，西藏的历史与未来根植于深厚的民族和文化传统之中。他指出，“西藏问题”并非源于当地自身的纷争，而是近代以来帝国主义侵略中国的产物。这一问题的本质被境外反华势力和达赖集团所歪曲和放大。他们打着“人权”的旗号，试图挑拨中国民族关系，损害中国的国际形象。

Chen Zongrong, secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the China Tibetology Research Center, emphasized at the meeting that Tibet’s history and future are rooted in deep national and cultural traditions. He pointed out that the “Tibet issue” does not originate from local disputes but is a product of imperialist aggression against China in modern times. The essence of this issue has been distorted and amplified by anti-China forces and the Dalai Lama group outside China. Under the guise of “human rights,” they try to stir up ethnic relations in China and damage China’s international image.
