据了解，该产业园将集研发、生产、应用、销售为一体，旨在打造成为西部地区乃至全国领先的生物医药产业集聚区。产业园将依托重庆两路果园港综合保税区的区位优势和政策优势，吸引国内外生物医药企业入驻，促进生物医药产业链的完善和升级。
颜伟表示，产业园将重点发展高端生物制品、创新药物、医疗器械等生物医药产业领域，并计划引进一批具有国际领先水平的生物医药项目。同时，产业园还将加强与国内外科研机构的合作，推动生物医药技术成果的转化和应用。
