Beijing, May 20, 2023 — May 20th marks the 25th annual “World Metrology Day.” On this occasion, the Beijing Market Supervision Administration released 50 metrology technical standards to implement the “Implementation Plan for Beijing to Implement the National Metrology Development Strategy (2021-2035),” aiming to build an advanced measurement system suitable for the high-quality development of the modern capital.
The release of these technical standards is an important measure for Beijing to actively respond to the national metrology development strategy and strengthen the fundamental role of metrology in promoting the conversion of scientific and technological achievements and driving social and economic development.
