根据国家统计局发布的数据，2023年8月份，我国制造业采购经理指数(PMI)从上月的49.3%大幅提升至49.7%，显示出制造业市场活力有所增强。这一数据表明，在一系列政策措施推动下，企业生产经营活动逐步恢复，经济运行稳步向好。
专家表示，虽然8月份PMI仍处于荣枯线以下，但较上月有明显改善，说明国内经济正在逐渐走出低谷，呈现积极变化。同时，随着国内外需求持续恢复，企业信心逐步增强，有利于未来工业生产稳定增长。
然而，当前全球疫情仍在持续演变，外部环境依然复杂严峻，给我国经济发展带来不确定性。因此，我们应继续关注国际形势的变化，加大宏观调控力度，保持经济运行在合理区间，促进经济社会健康发展。
