兰州市科技局局长张贞祥在14日的新闻发布会上表示，为了解决兰州百合产业发展的“源头阻碍”，兰州市政府决定采取重大科技项目攻关“揭榜挂帅”模式，面向全国公开招募有能力的企业、高校和科研院所，共同开展兰州百合优质种源开发技术攻关。
“我们希望通过这种方式，搭建一个‘谁能干就让谁干’的赛场，激发全社会的创新活力，加快解决兰州百合优质种源开发的技术难题。”张贞祥说。
兰州百合，又称兰州市花，是我省特色优势产业之一，具有较高的药用、食用和观赏价值。然而，近年来，兰州百合产业发展遇到了一些“源头阻碍”，如种源退化、病虫害严重、种植技术落后等问题，严重影响了兰州百合产业的可持续发展。
为了解决这些问题，兰州市政府决定采取“揭榜挂帅”模式，以企业为主体，联合国内高校、科研院所，共同开展兰州百合优质种源开发技术攻关。
“我们希望这种模式能够激发全社会的创新活力，吸引更多的企业和科研机构参与到兰州百合产业的发展中来，共同攻克种源开发的技术难题，推动兰州百合产业的可持续发展。”张贞祥说。
据了解，此次“揭榜挂帅”活动将持续到今年底，届时将评选出最佳攻关团队，并给予一定的资金支持和政策优惠。
