中新社北京3月22日电 (记者 张素)记者从中国最高人民法院获悉，3月22日，辽宁省大连市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了国家烟草专卖局原党组成员、副局长何泽华受贿、利用影响力受贿一案。
据指控，被告人何泽华利用担任国家烟草专卖局副局长的职务便利，为有关单位和个人在企业经营、职务晋升等事项上提供帮助，非法收受财物共计折合人民币9亿余元。此外，何泽华离职后，利用其原职权或者地位形成的便利条件，通过其他国家工作人员职务上的行为，为请托人谋取不正当利益，收受请托人财物共计折合人民币3000余万元。
庭审中，公诉机关出示了相关证据，被告人何泽华及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，何泽华进行了最后陈述，并当庭表示认罪、悔罪。
庭审结束后，法庭宣布休庭，择期宣判。
