鲍里索夫在莫斯科对媒体表示，原定于3月22日从拜科努尔航天发射场发射的“联盟MS-25”飞船，因在运载火箭检测中发现技术故障，将推迟至3月23日发射。
故障原因系运载火箭的一个传感器元件出现异常，这可能会影响飞船的正常发射。他表示，目前这一问题已经得到解决，发射准备工作正在继续进行。
“联盟MS-25”飞船原计划将3名俄罗斯宇航员送往国际空间站，他们是指挥官奥列格·阿尔捷米耶夫、飞行工程师丹尼斯·马特维耶夫和飞行工程师谢尔盖·科萨科夫。他们将在空间站上进行一系列科学实验和技术测试，并计划在国际空间站停留6个月。
