该项目位于青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州德令哈市,总装机容量为20万千瓦,采用熔盐塔式光热发电技术,同时配套建设储能系统,实现光热发电与储能的完美结合。项目建成后,预计每年可提供清洁电力约3.6亿千瓦时,减少二氧化碳排放约30万吨,对于推动能源结构调整和应对气候变化具有重要意义。
