中新社北京3月14日电 (记者 李晓喻)中国商务部新闻发言人何亚东14日表示，希望欧方审慎使用贸易救济措施，为中欧电动汽车产业发展创造更加稳定、健康的环境。
何亚东是在商务部当日举行的例行发布会上作出上述表态的。他指出，中欧双方在新能源汽车领域的合作潜力巨大，双方应共同努力，推动产业健康可持续发展。
“中方始终主张通过对话和协商解决贸易争端，反对一切形式的贸易保护主义。”何亚东说。
他强调，中国政府将继续致力于营造公平、透明、可预测的营商环境，为包括欧洲企业在内的所有外资企业提供平等的市场准入和公正的竞争环境。

He made the remarks at a regular press conference held by the MOFCOM on Tuesday. He pointed out that there is huge potential for cooperation between China and Europe in the field of new energy vehicles, and that both sides should work together to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.
“China has always advocated resolving trade disputes through dialogue and consultation and opposes all forms of trade protectionism,” He said.
He emphasized that the Chinese government will continue to work towards creating a fair, transparent, and predictable business environment, providing equal market access and a just competitive environment for all foreign companies, including those from Europe.
He also stressed that the development achievements of China’s EV industry are due to openness to the outside world and market competition, and that China is willing to strengthen communication and exchanges with the EU to jointly promote the progress and prosperity of the global new energy vehicle industry.
