上海市近日印发《本市促进服务消费提质扩容的实施方案》，鼓励企业围绕“5G+”“VR+”“AI+”“北斗+”等领域加大研发投入力度，打造人工智能大模型、元宇宙、区块链等融合示范应用场景。
该方案提出，要聚焦文旅消费、职业培训、医疗健康等领域，推动建立一批标杆示范场景，形成一批元宇宙应用。同时，支持在智能化教育教学、自动驾驶等领域构建示范应用场景。
上海市相关负责人表示，此举旨在推动服务消费提质扩容，培育新的消费增长点，加快构建现代服务业体系。
近年来，上海市在元宇宙领域积极布局，出台了一系列支持政策。2022年，上海市经济和信息化委员会发布《上海市培育元宇宙新赛道行动方案（2022-2025年）》，提出要打造具有全球影响力的元宇宙产业基地。
