春运人流量创同期历史新高
中新社北京3月8日电 (李金磊 武一力)中国交通运输部部长李小鹏8日在北京表示，今年春运人流量创同期历史新高。
李小鹏在全国春运电视电话会议上介绍，今年春运从1月7日开始，至2月15日结束，共40天。春运期间，全国旅客发送量预计为20.95亿人次，比2022年同期增长9.1%，比2019年同期下降4.6%。
李小鹏指出，今年春运呈现以下特点：一是客流大幅增长。随着疫情防控政策优化调整，出行限制解除，公众出行意愿明显增强。二是客流构成变化。务工流、探亲流、旅游流等基本恢复至疫情前水平，学生流下降。三是客运结构变化。铁路、公路客运量大幅增长，水路、航空客运量有所下降。
针对今年春运的特点，交通运输部采取了多项措施，包括：一是加强运力保障。铁路部门增开旅客列车5000余列，公路部门增加客运班车100万班次，水路部门增加客运航线200余条，航空公司增加航班1万余班。二是优化运输组织。加强客流监测预警，及时调整运力配置，优化列车编组和班次安排，提高运输效率。三是加强安全监管。强化安全生产检查，严厉打击违法违规行为，确保春运安全平稳有序。

Li pointed out that this year’s Spring Festival travel rush has the following characteristics:
