广东家事纠纷调解撤诉率大幅提升
据广东省高级人民法院消息，2023年，广东法院审结家事纠纷一审案件81740件，其中调解撤诉42580件，同比增长23.1%。
近年来，广东法院高度重视家事纠纷调解工作，积极探索创新调解机制，不断提升调解撤诉率。
广东省高级人民法院民一庭庭长陈伟介绍，广东法院通过建立家事审判专业化体系、加强调解员队伍建设、完善调解工作机制等措施，不断提升调解质效。
在专业化体系建设方面，广东法院在全省法院设立家事审判庭，配备专业法官和调解员，集中审理家事纠纷案件。
在调解员队伍建设方面，广东法院加强对调解员的培训和考核，提升调解员的专业素养和调解能力。同时，聘请社会专业人士担任特邀调解员，充实调解员队伍力量。
在调解工作机制完善方面，广东法院建立健全调解工作流程，规范调解程序，提高调解效率。同时，探索运用多元化调解方式，如在线调解、巡回调解等，拓宽调解渠道。
陈伟表示，调解撤诉率的提升，既有利于减轻当事人的诉累，也有利于维护家庭稳定和社会和谐。广东法院将继续加强家事纠纷调解工作，为当事人提供更加便捷、高效、专业的调解服务。
