青海多部门联手保障农村牧区留守困境儿童权益

据悉，青海省将重点实施精神素养提升、监护提质、精准帮扶、安全防护、心理关爱、固本强基六大专项行动，全面提升关爱服务质量。
在精神素养提升方面，青海省将通过开展“关爱留守儿童”主题教育活动，引导社会各界关爱留守儿童，营造良好的社会氛围。同时，将加强留守儿童思想道德教育，培养他们的社会主义核心价值观。
在监护提质方面，青海省将完善监护制度，加强对留守儿童监护人的培训和指导，提高监护人的监护能力。同时，将建立健全留守儿童监护人信息库，加强对监护人的监督和管理。
