成都世园会倒计时50天 参展城市实现五大洲全覆盖
中新网成都3月7日电 (记者 贺劭清) 2024年成都世界园艺博览会(简称“成都世园会”)开幕倒计时50天新闻发布会7日举行。记者从会上获悉，成都世园会已邀请法国蒙彼利埃、英国曼彻斯特、国际竹藤组织、美国康奈尔大学植物园等海内外城市和头部行业协会参展，共建设展园112个。
据了解，成都世园会以“自然·和谐·文明”为主题，将于2024年4月29日至10月28日在成都天府国际花园社区举办。目前，世园会筹备工作已进入冲刺阶段，各参展城市和机构正在加快展园建设。
成都世园会组委会相关负责人介绍，本届世园会参展城市实现五大洲全覆盖，共有来自五大洲的55个城市和国际组织参展。其中，欧洲有14个城市，亚洲有22个城市，美洲有9个城市，大洋洲有6个城市，非洲有4个城市。
值得一提的是，成都世园会首次邀请了国际竹藤组织参展。国际竹藤组织是联合国粮农组织下属的政府间国际组织，致力于促进竹藤的可持续发展。该组织将在世园会展示竹藤的广泛应用和巨大潜力。
