劳动教育“三段进阶”助平湖职中生立德启智

为全面贯彻落实劳动教育,平湖市职业中等专业学校(以下简称“平湖职中”)制定《平湖市职业中专关于深入推进中小学生劳动教育的实施方案》,实施“三段进阶”劳动教育模式,培养学生综合素质,促进全面发展。

第一阶段:启蒙体验,培养劳动兴趣

平湖职中将劳动教育融入日常教学和课外活动,通过“劳动体验课”等形式,让学生亲身体验劳动过程,了解劳动价值,培养劳动兴趣。学校还开设了“劳动技能社团”,让学生学习烹饪、手工、园艺等实用技能,激发创造力。

第二阶段:实践磨砺,磨练意志品质

学校组织学生参加校内劳动实践,如打扫卫生、整理教室、维护校园环境等,培养学生劳动习惯和责任意识。同时,学校与企业合作,开展校企合作劳动教育,让学生参与到真实的生产劳动中,体验劳动艰辛,磨练意志品质。
