青海12315投诉举报激增 挽回消费者损失千万元
中新网西宁3月6日电 (祁增蓓) 2023年,青海省12315服务热线受理投诉举报咨询16.3万件,同比增长40.3%,受理率达100%,为消费者挽回经济损失共计1109.70万元。
青海省市场监督管理局表示,12315服务热线是维护消费者合法权益的重要渠道,2023年以来,该热线受理的投诉举报咨询量大幅增长,反映了消费者维权意识不断增强。
从投诉举报内容来看,商品质量问题、售后服务问题、价格欺诈问题位列前三,分别占投诉总量的35.6%、28.4%和12.1%。
针对投诉举报问题,青海省市场监管部门积极开展执法检查,依法查处违法违规行为,维护消费者合法权益。同时,加强消费维权宣传教育,引导消费者理性消费,提高维权意识。
青海省市场监督管理局相关负责人表示,12315服务热线将继续发挥作用,为消费者提供便捷高效的维权渠道,不断提升消费环境治理水平,切实保障消费者合法权益。

Xining, March6, 2023 (China News Service) – In 2023, Qinghai Province’s 12315 service hotline received 163,000 complaints, reports, and inquiries, a 40.3% increase year-on-year.The hotline’s handling rate reached 100%, recovering a total of 11,097,000 yuan in economic losses for consumers.
The Qinghai Provincial Market Supervision Administration stated that the 12315 service hotline is an important channel for safeguarding consumers’ legal rights and interests. Since 2023, the hotline has seen a significant increase in the number of complaints, reports, and inquiries received, reflecting consumers’ growing awareness of their rights.
In terms of the content of the complaints and reports, product quality issues, after-sales service issues, and price fraud ranked amongthe top three, accounting for 35.6%, 28.4%, and 12.1% of the total complaints, respectively.
In response to the complaints and reports, Qinghai’s market supervision authorities have actively conducted law enforcement inspections, investigating and punishing illegal and irregular behaviors in accordance with the law to protect consumers’ legal rights and interests. At the same time, they have strengthened consumer rights protection publicity and education, guiding consumers to consume rationally and raising their awareness of their rights.
