今年春运，长三角铁路部门统筹疫情防控和运输服务，采取多项措施保障旅客平安出行。一是科学安排运力，根据客流变化及时增开列车，满足旅客出行需求。二是加强疫情防控，在车站、列车上严格落实各项防疫措施，确保旅客健康安全。三是优化服务举措，推出无接触购票、刷脸进站等便捷服务，提升旅客出行体验。
