At yesterday’s opening ceremony, President Xi Jinping delivered an important speech, emphasizing the current situation and tasks. He pointed out that this year is the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan and called for adhering to the general principle of pursuing progress while ensuring stability, promoting high-quality development, and accelerating the construction of a new development pattern.
