针对我国电力系统调节能力目前尚难适应新能源快速发展的需求,中国国家发改委和国家能源局近日联合发布文件,明确要求到2027年,中国电力系统调节能力要显著提升,抽水蓄能电站投运规模要达到8000万千瓦以上。这一举措的目的是为了更好地应对风电、光伏等新能源快速发展带来的电网波动。文件提出,到2025年和2030年,抽水蓄能电站规模分别要达到6500万千瓦和8000万千瓦。同时加快推进抽水蓄能电站和新能源基地协调规划,实现大规模新能源消纳。这对我国构建清洁低碳、安全高效的能源体系,实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义。
