在推动人工智能产业高质量发展的道路上，中国工信部正加快形成标准体系。近日，工信部就《国家人工智能产业综合标准化体系建设指南》（征求意见稿）公开征求意见。该指南明确提出了到2026年的具体目标：共性关键技术和应用开发类计划项目形成标准成果的比例将达到60％以上，同时标准与产业科技创新的联动水平持续提升。
为达成这一目标，工信部计划新制定国家标准和行业标准50项以上，这将进一步推动人工智能产业高质量发展的标准体系形成。这一举措表明中国政府对于人工智能标准化工作的高度重视，也反映出中国在人工智能领域持续推动技术创新和产业发展的决心。
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) is accelerating the formation of a standards system for high-quality development of the artificial intelligence (AI) industry. Recently, MIIT has publicly solicited opinions on the “National AI Industry Comprehensive Standardization System Construction Guidance” (Draft for Comments). The guidance sets specific goals for 2026: the proportion of standard achievements formed by generic key technologies and application development plans will reach over 60%, while the level of linkage between standards and industrial technology innovation continues to rise.
To achieve this goal, MIIT plans to newly develop more than 50 national and industry standards, which will further promote the formation of a standards system that accelerates high-quality development of the AI industry. This move reflects the Chinese government’s high attention to AI standardization work and its continuous commitment to driving technological innovation and industrial development in the AI sector.
