全国政协委员、全国总工会权益保障部部长粟斌在过去一年里，致力于维护新就业形态劳动者的权益。根据第九次全国职工队伍状况调查数据显示，我国新就业形态劳动者已达8400万人，占职工总数近21%。这一群体主要包括快递员、外卖配送员、网约车司机等。
粟斌表示，加强新就业形态劳动者的权益保障，对于我国数字经济的发展至关重要。为此，他进行了深入调研，并提出了一系列建议。首先，他呼吁政府加大对新就业形态劳动者的政策支持力度，包括完善社会保障体系、提高劳动者的福利待遇等。其次，他建议企业加强对新就业形态劳动者的培训和管理，提升其职业技能和服务质量。最后，他呼吁全社会关注新就业形态劳动者的权益保障问题，营造良好的社会氛围。
In an effort to protect the rights and interests of workers in the new employment forms, Su Bin, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and the head of the Rights and Interests Protection Department of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, has dedicated himself to this cause over the past year. According to the ninth national survey on the condition of the workers, there are already 84 million workers in China’s new employment forms, accounting for nearly 21% of the total number of employees. This group mainly includes deliverymen, food delivery riders, and ride-hailing drivers.
Su Bin believes that strengthening the protection of the rights and interests of workers in new employment forms is crucial for the development of China’s digital economy. To this end, he has conducted in-depth research and proposed a series of suggestions. Firstly, he calls on the government to increase policy support for workers in new employment forms, including improving the social security system and enhancing their benefits. Secondly, he suggests that enterprises strengthen the training and management of workers in new employment forms, improving their professional skills and service quality.
