据悉，此次成品油价格搁浅的主要原因是国际原油市场的波动。近期，国际原油价格出现了大幅波动，使得中国成品油价格调整的时机和幅度变得不确定。因此，国家决定暂时搁置成品油价格调整。
作为中国最大的石油消费国，中国的成品油价格调整一直受到国内外的广泛关注。此次成品油价格搁浅，也被视为中国政府对国际原油市场波动的一种应对措施。
