近日,国家数据局等17部门联合印发了《“数据要素×”三年行动计划(2024—2026年)》,旨在以科学数据支撑技术创新,推动生物育种、新材料创制、药物研发等领域的数智融合,加速技术创新和产业升级。该计划强调,将通过深入挖掘各类科学数据和科技文献,进行细粒度知识抽取和多来源知识融合,构建科学知识资源底座,建设高质量语料库和基础科学数据集,从而支持开展人工智能大模型开发和训练。

This plan, named “Data Element × Three-Year Action Plan (2024-2026),” was jointly issued by 17 departments including the National Data Bureau. It aims to support technological innovation with scientific data, focusing on the integration of digital intelligence in fields such as biological breeding, new material creation, and drug research. The plan emphasizes the importance of delving into various scientific data and literature, performing fine-grained knowledge extraction and multi-source knowledge integration, constructing a scientific knowledge resource foundation, and establishing high-quality corpus and foundational scientific datasets. This will facilitate the development and training of large-scale artificial intelligence models.
