In an effort to enrich its MiracleVision model store ecosystem and copyrights, Meitu Company has announced the acquisition of ZhanKu Design Network for a total of $39.64 million. ZhanKu, established in 2006, claims to gather designers, photographers, illustrators, and other visual creative professionals from more than 300 cities worldwide, with nearly 17 million registered users.
The acquisition is expected to further solidify Meitu’s leading position in the image processing field and bring more high-quality design resources to the model store, according to industry insiders.
By acquiring ZhanKu, Meitu will be able to introduce more high-quality design works and creative resources, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the MiracleVision model store. This is undoubtedly an important ecological layout for Meitu.
