当日,帝国大厦外墙以独特的“中国红”灯光装饰,格外引人注目。中国驻纽约总领事黄屏及夫人、帝国大厦执行副总裁克里斯蒂娜·邱等嘉宾出席了亮灯仪式,共同庆祝中国新年。
亮灯仪式现场,黄屏总领事表示,很高兴看到帝国大厦用“中国红”点亮新年,这不仅表达了美国人民对中国人民的友好情谊,也展示了中美两国文化交流的深入。
