Recently, the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing Stock Exchanges have publicly solicited opinions on the “Sustainable Development Disclosure Guidelines” from the public. This measure aims to promote better fulfillment of sustainable development responsibilities by listed companies in our country and improve the quality and transparency of information disclosure.
According to the “Draft for Comments on the Sustainable Development Report”, listed companies are required to disclose relevant information in areas such as the environment, society, and governance.
