近日，最高人民检察院第六检察厅厅长冯小光在网络访谈中表示，过去一年，我国检察机关加大对民事虚假诉讼的监督力度，开展虚假诉讼专项监督。从2023年1月至11月，全国检察机关共依法纠正虚假诉讼案件8765件。
为了遏制虚假诉讼向非诉程序蔓延，最高检采取依法审慎监督措施，以确保司法公正。检察机关将继续加强对民事诉讼活动的监督，维护当事人合法权益。
