中新网成都2月3日电 (记者 刘忠俊)记者2月3日从四川省保护消费者权益委员会获悉,2023年四川全省(含成都市)共受理消费者投诉68569件,为消费者挽回经济损失4895.38万元。其中,因经营者存在欺诈行为,消费者获得加倍赔偿金额33.37万元。

四川省消委表示,投诉案件涉及商品和服务质量、价格、合同、售后服务等多个方面。为维护消费者合法权益,消委工作人员积极开展调解工作,推动经营者整改,并对涉嫌违法行为进行调查。

据悉,四川省消委将继续加强对消费者权益的保护,加大对违法行为的查处力度,提升消费者满意度。同时,消委呼吁广大消费者在遇到问题时,积极维权,通过合法途径解决纠纷。

Among them, consumers received double the compensation amount of 3.37 million yuan due to fraudulent actions by operators.

The Consumer Committee of Sichuan Province said that the complaint cases involved various aspects such as product and service quality, price, contract, and after-sales service. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, committee staff actively carried out mediation work, promoted operator rectifications, and investigated suspected illegal actions.

It is reported that the Sichuan Consumer Committee will continue to strengthen the protection of consumer rights and interests, increase the investigation and punishment of illegal behaviors, and improve consumer satisfaction.
