据新华社报道,我国首台国产场发射透射电镜于20日在广州发布。这标志着我国已掌握透射电镜用的场发射电子枪等核心技术,并具备量产透射电镜整机产品的能力。该电镜将为我国在材料科学、生命科学、半导体工业等前沿科学及工业领域的高质量发展提供有力支撑。

研发团队介绍,此次推出的首款场发射透射电镜新品TH-F120,取名源自中华名山“太行”,寓意它将如太行山一样成为中国透射电镜产业的脊梁。该场发射透射电镜利用被加速到120千电子伏特的高能电子与被观测样品中的原子发生相互作用,检测透射电子携带的样品信号转化为显微放大的图像,可以用来观察材料样品中的原子排列结构、细胞组织样品的精细超微结构、病毒和生物大分子复合体的精细结构,是科学家研究微观世界的重要仪器。

IT之家从公开资料获悉,生物岛实验室(原广州再生医学与健康广东省实验室)成立于2017年12月,生物岛实验室徐涛院士、孙飞研究员联合中科院生物物理所在2016年启动透射电镜有关研究,并于2020年在生物岛实验室组建起一支体系完整的透射电镜研制工程技术团队。
