教育部、人力资源社会保障部、财政部近日联合印发了《中等职业教育国家奖学金评审办法》（以下简称《评审办法》），旨在进一步规范和加强中等职业教育国家奖学金的评审工作。
《评审办法》明确了中等职业教育国家奖学金的设立目的、奖励标准、评审程序等内容。根据办法，中等职业教育国家奖学金主要用于奖励中等职业学校全日制在校生中品学兼优的学生，奖励标准根据学生的学业成绩、综合素质等方面进行评定。
评审工作将由各级教育行政部门牵头，会同人力资源社会保障部门、财政部门共同组织实施。评审程序包括申报、初审、复审、公示等环节，确保评审工作的公开、公平、公正。
此次印发的《评审办法》是对中等职业教育国家奖学金评审工作的进一步完善，有利于激发广大中等职业学校学生的学习积极性，提高教育质量，培养更多优秀人才为国家和社会作出贡献。
