中国中车近日宣布,其全新研制的复兴型内燃机车FXN5C已实现首次批量交付,将在未来十年内成为国内货运内燃机车的主力机型。
据了解,FXN5C机车为大功率交流传动货运内燃机车,是中车戚墅堰公司基于国家科技创新发展战略、绿色发展及环保要求,为国家干线货运而全新研发的新一代节能环保内燃机车。该车型预计将在未来十年内,成为国内货运内燃机车的主力机型。
FXN5C机车装用中车戚墅堰公司拥有完全自主知识产权的R12V280ZJ型柴油机,机车功率3530千瓦,轴重25吨,设计时速120公里。全寿命周期内起动牵引力580千牛,持续牵引力540千牛,与既有直流机车相比分别提高20%和46%以上。此外,FXN5C机车油耗198克/千瓦时,与东风型货运内燃机车相比,同等工况下油耗降低13%以上,达到EPA Tier3排放标准,处于国内领先、国际先进地位。
此次交付的大秦铁路股份有限公司太原机务段的15台FXN5C机车,将用于太焦(太原至焦作)铁路的货运牵引。太焦铁路是晋煤外运的主要通道,年运煤量将近1亿吨。
FXN5C机车还搭载了柴油机PHM(故障预测与健康管理系统),运行过程中可以对机车进行全方位监测,通过大数据积累使机车全寿命周期保障更加完善。新车未来将全面替代现有的已进入报废期或产品寿命后期的直流传动货运内燃机车。

The FXN5C locomotive is a high-power AC drive freight diesel locomotive, which is a new generation of energy-saving and environmentally friendly diesel locomotive developed by CRRC Qishuyan Company based on the national strategy of scientific and technological innovation development, green development, and environmental protection requirements for national trunk freight transportation. This model is expected to become the main freight diesel locomotive in China in the next decade.
The FXN5C locomotive is equipped with a R12V280ZJ diesel engine with complete independent intellectual property rights owned by CRRC Qishuyan Company. The locomotive power is 3530 kilowatts, axle weight is 25 tons, and design speed is 120 kilometers per hour. The starting traction force during the whole life cycle is 580 kilonewtons, and the continuous traction force is 540 kilonewtons, which are respectively increased by 20% and 46% compared with existing DC locomotives. In addition, the fuel consumption of the FXN5C locomotive is 198 grams/kilowatt-hour, which is reduced by more than 13% under the same working conditions compared with the Dongfeng freight diesel locomotive, reaching EPA Tier3 emission standards, and is in a leading domestic and international position.
The 15 FXN5C locomotives delivered to Taiyuan Locomotive Depot of Daqin Railway Co., Ltd. will be used for freight traction on Taiyuan-Jiaozuo (Taiyuan-Jiaozuo) Railway. Taiyuan-Jiaozuo Railway is the main channel for coal transportation in Shanxi Province, with an annual coal transportation volume of nearly 100 million tons.
The FXN5C locomotive is also equipped with a diesel engine PHM (Fault Prediction and Health Management System), which can monitor the locomotive in all directions during operation, and improve the overall guarantee of the locomotive’s life cycle through large data accumulation. The new car will fully replace the existing DC transmission freight diesel locomotives that have entered the scrapping period or the later stage of product life in the future.
